Work packages

The project has seven interrelated Work Packages (WP) as presented below. Part A comprises work packages 1 to 5, which enable the implementation of the co-funded call with European Commission top up.Part B covers work packages 6 and 7 for additional activities.

GEOTHERMICA considers that the consortium's ambition to maintain and grow Europe's leading position in geothermal energy will benefit significantly from the work related to the co-funded joint call in WP1-5, but this also refers to the work in Part B, the additional activities, which is crucial to move geothermal development in the right direction.

GEOTHERMICA can and will benefit from experiences gained from other ERA-NET, ERA-NET Plus and ERANETCofund activities. In particular, the project will build on experiences acquired in the Geothermal ERANET(2012-2016), the experience of the participating organizations in other ERA-NETs, and the experience brought together by ERA-LEARN.
